SRP parent's page is a place for parents to find all the information they need for the school year. From volunteering opportunities to events to fundraisers and more, this page is the one-stop shop for everything related to your child’s school.

We update our page with the latest news and updates so you can stay informed and be in the know about all things school-related. Our goal is to make sure parents have the information they need to make the best decisions for their children.

RENWEB is an online parents page with everything parents need to stay informed and connected with their children’s school. Our easy-to-use system includes grade reports, important dates, lesson plans, and school calendar updates. RenWeb also provides the school directory and other useful links and forms. We strive to make life easier for parents by providing the most up-to-date information and resources for their children.

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by Smoke Rise Prep.

By opening a FACTS account for processing your Smoke Rise Prep tuition payments, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms:

Membership/tuition at Smoke Rise Prep is considered an annual fee and is incurred at the beginning of each school year. Payment plans are provided as a courtesy to parents to relieve the burden of a large up-front payment.
If you should choose to withdraw your student from SRP before the end of the school year, you are still obligated to submit your full tuition/membership amount, as described in our withdrawal policy.

Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed as an additional charge for processing.

At SRP, we believe that every parent has something to bring to the table. Our volunteers make SRP a great place to learn and grow. Whether you’re a classroom parent, a friend at family fun nights, or a cheerleader at spirit nights, your presence and effort are vital to the learning and growth of each student and family. Every family with a student at SRP is required to donate 20 hours of volunteer time per term.

We’re dedicated to providing a variety of ways to volunteer, ranging from in-person activities to those that can be done from home. We hope to inspire you to get involved and make a positive impact in your student’s life. The volunteer signup will be released on a quarterly basis.

Pizza Friday is the perfect way to end the school week! Our weekly pizza lunch is an opportunity for parents to have one day off from packing lunches. We make ordering easy: all orders must be placed by Wednesday at 3 pm prior to the Friday of the event. We also offer the option to purchase a pizza package for the Fridays of that entire month.

Come and indulge in the live entertainment led by our talented students while you enjoy a scrumptious meal with your loved ones. Don't hesitate to bring your friends and family, just make sure to order their meals in advance. All meals must be ordered by the due date located on the order page.
