Before starting your application, we recommend gathering the following:
• Proof of age (birth certificate)
• Most recent report card/progress report
• Student academic & behavioral records
• Standardized test scores
• Supplemental documents (gifted assessment, 504 plan, IEP, etc.)
• Teacher reference contact information
STEP 2
Submit Online Application
To begin the application process, use the button below to create an account for your application. You will then log in and create a New Student Application for your child. You can save your application and finish it at a later time before submitting it, if necessary.
Please note: No admissions interviews will be scheduled until the final application is submitted and the application fee is paid.​
STEP 3
Meet Our Admissions Team
Our admissions team will contact you to set up a family interview and student screening, including an academic assessment and student interview. Once your interview, all required documentation, and application fee have been received, your materials will be reviewed by the team at Smoke Rise Prep and you will be notified of our decision.
